Nacho Cheese and Anarchy was formed in 1999 on a fluke. It was basically designed to keep people Josh Nacho knew informed of his whereabouts and happenings. Soon, the idea came from Blake Lensing (former writer) to turn the simple little list into a newsletter online. It wasn't all too serious- and no more than twenty people were reading it- until the Jughead's Revenge interview came about. After that, there were interviews with Buck-O-Nine and Andy Action- after he left 2 Skinnee J's. Since then, many bands have been interviewed including the Suicide Machines, Longfellow, Punx Named Bob, Nuclear Saturday, New Found Glory and the Poonanies. This small group twenty people soon turned into thousands that are literally growing by the second. The response has been amazing and thanks to everyone who reads NCA or supports us in any way!

Why are you called Nacho Cheese and Anarchy?
It is a line in a Guttermouth song called "Perfect World". You should really listen to Guttermouth, they're awesome. All of their CDs are on Nitro Records, though they are now on Epitaph.
How long have you been around for exactly?
We've been online since September of 1999. Our first published issue came out in the beginning of August 2000. You do the math.
How do I advertise with NCA, and what are your rates?
We tend to run really cheap rates for our advertising. So if you are interested, please do ask. We can run banners on our site for you for just $20.00 per month. For our print issues, space and prices vary so please email Josh Nacho here to get an exact number.
What is the best part of doing NCA?
Definitely the free fruit. Without a doubt.
What would you be doing if not involved with NCA?
I'd definitely be stealing from McDonald's, which would not be pretty at all.
Who are some of your favorite bands?
There are far too many to name. If you read NCA and check out the interviews, CD Reviews, etc, you'll see them. Remember, I don't just interview bands because I think they will draw readers, I do it because I like them.
What do you do outside of music and writing?
Not much. I'm a big wrestling fan. That's about it.
How do I write for NCA?
We are not currently accepting new writers.
I'm in a band and I think you should check us out, where do I send the tape to?
For all music you think we should hear, please email the stories to Josh Nacho and he will send you the address. Likewise, if you are just a fan of a band and have a link for us to check out, email the link to Josh Nacho.
That's the basis of the questions we get. If you have any more not answered by this site on a whole, email Josh Nacho for sure, sucka!
