How I Got Into/My Story About: I don't really remember. It was one of those times when I was checking out a lot of new bands- to me- and I somehow came across them. Once I heard one song- "Insult to Injury"- I was hooked.

How I Got Into/My Story About: I first heard of the Stereo last summer. They were on tour with Midtown, and were supposed to play a show here, but they dropped off the tour. They were replaced by the Honor System, an awesome band I was opened to at the time.
Their Label: Fueled By Ramen
What You Can Pick Up By Them: I highly recommend you get "No Traffic", it's an amazing, amazing CD.

Standout Songs: "Get Set For Sound", "On Three", "Please Don't Break My Heart", "I Confess To All This Mess", and if you pick up their older stuff, watch for "You've Got Some Nerve" and "She Would Never".
What They Sound Like: It's hard to pinpoint their sound. Some songs are catchy, some songs are not. They could fit in well with pop punk, but they're not pop punk. They could fit in well with college rock, but they're not college rock. They're deep singalong songs with a lot of melody.
Why You Will Like Them: They present their own unique style, while being appealing to the masses- something that's hard to do. They're certainly music's best kept secret, and it's time the secret got out.
